Intern Academy: Payments and Refund Policy

01.Payment Policies:

(a)Payment Methods:

Payments can be made through our designated online payment gateway or as otherwise specified by Intern Academy. Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other methods as specified.

(b)Instalment Plans:

Intern Academy may offer installment plans for certain programs, subject to approval. Participants opting for installment plans must adhere to the agreed-upon payment schedule.

(c)Late Payments:

Failure to make payments by the specified due dates may result in penalties or withdrawal from the program, as outlined in the program-specific terms

(d)Taxes:

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes related to the program fees.

02.Withdrawal and Refund Policy:

(a)Refund Eligibility:

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Intern-Academy at support@intern-academy.com within 5 days of payment. Refund eligibility is determined based on the timing of the withdrawal and the program-specific refund policy Once a participant has enrolled in an Intern Academy program and subsequently decides to withdraw, no refunds will be issued.

(b) Refund Process:

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 days after receiving a written refund request. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

(c)Withdrawal Procedure:

Participants who wish to withdraw from a program must notify Intern Academy in writing via support@intern-academy.com. Despite the absence of refunds, it is still essential to formally communicate the withdrawal for record-keeping purposes.

(d)Non-Transferable:

Fees paid for a specific program are non-transferable to other individuals.

(f)Exceptional Circumstances:

In exceptional circumstances, Intern Academy reserves the right to review participant withdrawal cases on a case-by-case basis. Any exceptions to this policy will be at the sole discretion of Intern Academy.

(g)Program Cancellations:

In the event that Intern Academy cancels a program, participants will be entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.

Acknowledgment:

By enrolling in an Intern Academy program, participants acknowledge and agree to the terms of this no-refund policy for participant-initiated withdrawals. Intern Academy remains committed to providing valuable learning experiences and support to participants throughout their engagement in our programs This policy is subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to participants accordingly.
